This Betty Boop doll was released in 1986 by M-Toy and features a turnable head and waist and moveable arms and legs.  She comes with a heart-shaped stand and is dressed in a red fit-n-flare dress with a belted waist, a crinoline shawl (or head band), black stockings, red shoes, a beaded necklace and earrings.
The doll is pre-owned but in excellent condition.  She is missing only her gloves, all other parts and accessories are present.  Both of her legs are loose at the hip joint and they do come off
easily.  It looks like the hip pegs were not made big enough to hold the legs on?
The legs will need to be reattached,
either by glue or some crafty tooling.
