Vintage 14K SOLID GOLD, CARVED JADE, RUBY & SAPPHIRE BUTTERFLY Brooch Pin! 20 g.
A fantastic vintage 14k solid yellow gold, carved jade, ruby and sapphire butterfly brooch! With a wingspan of approximately 2” and a length of approximately 1 ½”, this large butterfly brooch weighs approximately 20 grams and is a beauty! The green and white jade is carved with swirls to mimic the patterns of a butterfly’s wings, which can be seen when the light hits it just right. It has an intricately detailed solid gold body with curled antennae, 2 purple-red ruby eyes, and a swirly end decorated with sparkling blue sapphire stones!
There
are general minor signs of age/wear such as light scratches and need for polishing, but it is overall in great condition.
