Shipping & Handling Information
Items are thoroughly packed to ensure safe travel.
Handling time is 3 business days. It may take 1-3 days before the order ships.
We only ship domestically within the borders of the United States. This includes 48 contiguous states within the United States. We don’t ship internationally.
We use two carriers to deliver our customer’s orders. We use UPS Ground which has a handling time of 1-5 business days. And we use USPS which has a handling time of 1-5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped you will receive a notification along with tracking information. Please allow the carriers to carry out their handling times using the actual ship date for reference. You can track your order using your tracking number. Tracking transit information gets updated too, please check for updates.
We don’t expect delays but sometimes this can happen due to the weather or other environmental reasons. The carrier’s website where you track your package will inform you about possible delays. Hopefully this will never happen but if does, please be patient.

If you have any issues with your order or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. If an order was damaged during transit time, we will gladly send a replacement. If we cannot send you the same item, then we will send you a refund. If there was a problem on our end, we will accept a return. An example would be sending you the wrong order. To make this right we will pay for the return shipping label. You will mail the item back to us. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will send your correct order. We apologize in advance if this should happen.
