Warranty Info & Return Policy
All goods or equipment sold by Top Dog Test include a 30-Day Warranty. Warranty period starts the day the equipment is shipped. Top Dog Test  will at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the selling price for any malfunctioning equipment or goods, provided payment is made in due course, except in cases of improper application or misuse of goods or equipment by Customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All goods or equipment sold by Top Dog Test are subject to a limited 14-day ROR (Right of Return) unless otherwise noted. This ROR is limited to goods found to be non-acceptable due to cosmetic defect (not previously disclosed) or item not meeting manufacturer's spec as advertised. ROR does not apply to wrong item(s) ordered by customer. All items past the 14-day ROR period will only be accepted with written approval by Top Dog Test. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items must be received by Top Dog Test within 21 DAYS of the original delivery date. Items that are damaged in shipping are not covered under ROR terms. Items misused or damaged by customer misuse (intentional or unintentional) are not covered by the ROR. ROR does not apply to rental orders.
Returns must be shipped with all original packaging and accessories.  We will not accept any items with obvious signs of additional wear and tear or internal component alterations.  All of our items will ship with “Warranty Void” tamper resistant stickers. If any stickers have been removed or tampered with your refund will be canceled. When contacting us for a return please include your order number and a brief description as to the reason for returning the item(s).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please CONTACT US prior to leaving harmful or negative feedback. We cannot correct an issue we do not know about.
Payment Options
USA Bidders: PayPal, . All funds must be in US Dollars - no exceptions. Unsecured funds must clear prior to shipment (typically 7-10 days after we receive the funds).
International Bidders: PayPal where available. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES ARE ACCEPTED.
Shipping
Unless noted otherwise, all shipments within the USA are done through UPS or FedEx Ground (up to 5 Business days for processing). If you have an account with a shipping service or your own method of shipping and would like to utilize that source please allow 5-7 business days for shipment to occur. Shipments are delivered to all US addresses, including military addresses. Saturday and Residential delivery are available at an additional third party charge depending on the shipping method you choose.
We now offer shipping outside of the United States.  However, some international laws prohibit us from shipping certain items to certain countries.  We will only ship internationally on YOUR ACCOUNT – FedEx, UPS or DHL.  No Exceptions.  We will not prepay and add shipping costs to your invoice.
Items shipped internationally are subject to the laws and regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce and some items may be prohibited, with or without a license, from shipping outside the U.S. to certain regions of the world.
In all sales where an item is prohibited to ship internationally to a winning bidder, the bidder will be notified of non-shipment and a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to not ship any item internationally that is controlled by the US Department of Commerce and deemed non-shippable to that region of the world or to listed individuals. Additionally, not all countries are supported by our service provider.  We are not set up to ship via USPS postal service, and we will NOT falsify any import documents for international orders - no exceptions.
