Operation Instruction:
1. Test Fence line, Energizer, Ground System, Hook Up Wire and Fence Components
2. Make sure your fence is wired properly
3. Requires 9 Volt Battery Operation (Not Included) Not waterproof
4. Insert the probe in ground using the insulated grip
5. Attaching the test top to wire fence
6. To avoid electric shock, do not touch any conductor, such as test pointer
7. The LCD screen indicates the voltage
8. Remove the test pointer from fence and probe from ground
9. If no reader, the cause may be one of the following:
A. The probe or test's connection is loose
B. The fence has electrical problems
C. The voltage under test Min reader
