Butterflij Societe Ceramique Maestricht Holland Bowl Vintage 1920' - 30's 9" Dia

Description

This blue and ivory white bowl was made by the Societe Ceramique in Maastricht Holland (Netherlands) in the 1920's or 30's.  This region is the Dutch equivalent of the Staffordshire region in England.  It is part of the "Butterflij" or Butterfly series.  It's in very good condition for its age with no cracks, chips repairs or crazing, only light scratches on the glaze which would be expected of a piece of its age that was used.
It measures 9 inches in diameter and 3 3/4" at the base and is about 3 inches high.
It weighs nearly 2 lbs.
