Product description
SAWLUTION II is a general purpose synthetic cutting and grinding metalworking fluid for machining of most metals where bio stability, good lubricity and rust protection is required. It provides excellent performance and long coolant life in individual sumps and central systems. Resists rancidity and tolerates hard water for longer sump life, less dumping, and lower maintenance cost. This unique formula also reduces misting and prevents foaming.
It can be used for all of your general machining needs as well as for grinding, turning, drilling, sawing and milling. This synthetic coolant is safe to use on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals including copper and brass. The list of materials safe for use with this coolant includes but is not limited to: Carbon Steel, Mild Steel, Cast Iron, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, HSLA Steel, Nickel, Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys. Application: dilute with 90% to 95% water for most applications.
