The family is renowned for its creation of elaborate Arbol de la Vida (Tree of Life) sculptures. Their family’s Trees of Life have been exhibited in Germany, Austria, Spain, and the United States. Alfonso also creates various themed works for Dia de los Muertos including decorated skulls and catrinas.
